Educate to Elevate
Remote learning has created a very challenging environment for students, especially for those in underfunded schools. Headphones are now a critical element in learning, but often a 'luxury.' Let's level the opportunities and help to provide essential headsets for kids in need.
Columbine Elementary School in Denver has 245 students in grades K-5. With many students from low-income backgrounds and in an underfunded school district, children throughout the school are behind their peers in other schools. And that was before their education took a hit due to COVID-19.
Now, these children are starting the school year remotely, many of them without access to the technological resources required to learn from home. The Who Dreams Wins foundation is raising money to help the school provide computer headsets to each of its students.
Below are photos of our initial delivery of headsets but we urgently need your help to reach our $10,000 target to make sure that every single child has access to the headsets they need to successfully learn from home.
